Ultimate taste for naati non veg food lovers. I enjoyed idli with boti gojju. The kaima balls are very much homely and I remember my mother's recipe. The hotel owner Umesh gowda was very friendly.

This was a random find while we were traveling to Saklashpur from Bangalore. We just searched for restaurants on the way while on the navigation mode and picked this place looking at the ratings. I usually go through the reviews in detail before picking a place but this time it was just instinctive. We stopped around 9:30 pm and we were the last customer of the day. They just had idli which wasn’t hot with mutton curry (was hot). I was a little disappointed not having the full menu. But one bite into the idli with the curry, we were just blown away by the taste of the curry and the tenderness of the mutton. We immediately decided to stop here on the way back. On the way back we stopped here for early lunch. And boy oh boy, how happy we were for the decision to checkout early and come here. We tried their mutton curry, thali maamsam and bheja fry along with the mutton biryani. Each of the item was absolutely delicious. We got some extra white rice to try with the thali maamsam curry and that was better than the biryani. Just when we were too full to even think of another bit, the owner Umesh offered us to try rice and rasam. Just by looking at his face, we could figure it’s one of his favourite here and we decided to loosen our belts and try it. And we were glad he convinced us to try this combo. A total gastronomical delight of an experience. We now plan to go there once in a while just to have food and comeback. I guess the 6 hour round trip is absolutely worth it.
